Welcome to Sacred Plant Traditions and to the brave new horizons that this year will bring. Wise sources have referred to 2013 as ‘The Other Side’ alluding to the transitions we traversed the last number of years. The time is now; the place is here to bring forth the dreams that have been dreaming us. The joy and beauty of plant medicines has never felt so welcomed.

Last year was a year of transformation here at SPT. Externally we created a beautiful courtyard replete with a pond and new gardens which lead to our new studio/classroom. Internally, if you will, we re-wrote our Clinic curriculums to engage a totally energetic perspective. Even if clinic is not your path, please take a look as the class description represents our vision of healing.

We have some fabulous guest teachers this year. Phyllis will return with Astrology for Herbalists and Food as Medicine – a signature two-day class of hers. In June, Stephen Buhner will be presenting Gaia’s Mind and the Secret Teachings of Plants. David Winston will be here in November with Ritual Uses of Plants and other teachings from his 40 years of herbal wisdom.
