SPT Refund Policies

  1. All deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  2. All programs associated with three year programs have a contract
    agreement that will be sent upon acceptance into the program.

  3. Refund Policy:

    Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@sacredplanttraditions at least 10 full days before the start of the workshop to receive a refund. You will be charged a non-refundable administrative fee of $25 for 1 day events and $75 for all other events.  No refunds will be issued up to 10 days before the start of the workshop. 

    Sacred Plant Traditions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event due to inclement weather or for not meeting registration minimums.  If SPT cancels a workshop, paid registrants will be given full refunds.
