One-Day Class: Saturday, Sept 22, 10am 4pm
This class was such a success we have had many requests to offer it again. The work of Dr. Weston Price, Sally Fallon, PhD. and other clinicians has finally brought us full circle in the realm of nutrition. Acupuncturist, Robert Clickner has been studying traditional foods for over ten years and will present in a clear and well organized fashion recipes as well as theory behind the foods our grandmothers served. We will learn about beef, chicken and fish stocks, cultured foods and how to make fermented foods safely and deliciously. We will look at beans, grains and answer those questions about which fats are needed for sound health. Last year Bob did such a stellar job in the hands on portion as we made sour dough bread, bone broth soup and many other fabulous recipes. This workshop is designed for those with chronic immune challenges, cancer, allergies, and autoimmune issues or for those wanting to get on the right path with health and wholeness.
Herbal teas will be provided at
all the one day workshops. Please pack a bag lunch.
